Hawthorn has been used for centuries in Europe to support cardiovascular health. There are several biologically active components found in hawthorn, but the two most potent are the bioflavonoids and the OPC’s (oligomeric proanthocyanidins). Hawthorn has demonstrated significant cardiovascular protective and supportive properties. Our hawthorn extract is from EuroMed, a world leader in the research and development of European standardized herbal extracts; the same type used in clinical trials.
